When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Your smoovii will dispatch within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. If your country isn't on the table please get in touch at support@smoovii.com and we can let you know the delivery estimation.

How Can I Track My Order?

When your smoovii has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch email notification. The notification contains your order number and a link to the shipping carrier's website, containing your unique tracking number. Just click the tracking link to see where your parcel is. For some countries it may take 3 days from the dispatch date to see the location of your parcel.

Please note, if you've ordered multiple smooviis, they may not always be dispatched together. If you haven't received a dispatch email after 4 days from the date of your order, please contact us at support@smoovii.com.
