How Do I Cancel My Order?
Products are normally dispatched the following day after placing an order. If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel you order prior to dispatch, please email us at support@smoovii.com.

How Do I Return An Item?
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

If this is the case, please send the item back to us, in a resalable condition, within 30 days from the day you received the item, with a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order, order ID in your confirmation email, the reason for returning the item(s) and whether you would like a refund or a re-shipment.

We accept returns by mail only and you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

We recommend you ship packages back to us using tracked shipping where you receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.

How Do I Request A Refund?
Once we have received and processed your return we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). It takes between 5 & 10 days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
